Seemingly out of nowhere, a one Mr. Whittington solicits Tuppence for work after overhearing her conversation with Tommy. Despite her severe reservations toward Whittington, Tuppence accepts and together she and Tommy are pulled into a world of espionage, skullduggery, and danger.
