Ron Mercer is the Co-Founder and Director of Corporate/EAPServices for the Center for Creative Living, a private psychological/consulting practice in Coral Springs, Florida. He holds a Ph.D. inClinical Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Adult DevelopmentalPsychology, specializing in men's/gender issues.Along with his clinical practice, he conducts seminars and trainingfor organizations and corporations, focusing on such areas as wellness, communication training, and confl ict resolution.
