This supplement updates the case book through the summer of 2013. It includes both recent Supreme Court cases and perhaps, most importantly, the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, Pub. L. No. 112-29, 125 Stat. 284 (2011), which has been hailed as the most comprehensive US patent reform since the Patent Act of 1952.
