This is a guided journal for pre-teens and teens who are unable to verbally express themselves but need a positive outlet to assist in their journey into young adulthood. This journal has prompts for them to express their thoughts, feelings, and desires. In addition to journal pages, there are calendar pages within the book to help keep the busy teen organized.
