Ce stage réalisé dans un domaine travaillant en agriculture biologique et en biodynamie m'a permis de découvrir une façon différente de concevoir la vigne et le vin. Je trouve que ces démarches respectueuses de l'environnement poussent le viticulteur à se rapprocher de la plante et à mieux comprendre ses besoins. L'effet qualitatif sur le vin n'a peut-être pas encore été prouvé mais demande sûrement beaucoup d'intérêts.
