A Round of Robins - The Novella


The year is 2032.... Although the times are different, mystery and romance are ever the same. This is Joy's world - come on in!

Dr. Joy Forest has her ethnographic research on the Coastal First Nations People interrupted by Detective Travis Rusch, who has managed to lose the Mind Boggler, a somewhat mystical device that Joy had given him several months before.


An afternoon spent in a sudden burst of warm spring sunlight among hundreds of cheerful, chirping, nest-building robins, with a cameo appearance of Joy's friend, Possum, who has the four little Yorkies that belong to the musical group The Ladybirds in tow, make the outing a delightful escape for characters and reader alike.
