I now welcome you to part two.No doubt you've experienced the highs and lows of life-we all do, there's no change in that. However, what about those who live life are continually fighting to get through the day? Those who struggle with suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, PTSD, aka Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, death of loved ones, and more? How does one cope with the soul-crushing realization that their life is so minuscule in the grand scheme of things of life?For some, they go to therapy. For others, they write in their journals. Punch a bag. Play videogames. Some seek counsel from a friend, no matter how near or far they are. The thing is, my friends, is that suicide is such a taboo-mental health is looked down upon and is given the silent treatment. People seem to only care when it affects them or a beloved celebrity. I am here to put the words before your eyes. To listen to others who are ready to put their darkness behind them and push on to better days.So, dear reader, here we are, another dose of side effects in which we are all victims. It doesn't matter the color of your skin, religion, or sex, for we all experience the side effects of life.So sit back, relax, and do remember that life is real.
