Detective Jeb Parsons' daughter Logan disappeared on Halloween Night, an apparent victim of the serial killer known only as Scarecrow.

A year later, Scarecrow has returned to terrorize the small town of Raven's Hollow once again, and to leave Parsons a new string of clues and bloody bodies.

It's now a race against the clock, and Parsons knows his time is running out. He MUST capture Scarecrow and find out what happened to Logan, before it's too late.

But some mysteries may be better left unsolved...
