Aware of Birds Missing is a collection of poetry from an Oklahoma poet who is also the curator of the Rural Oklahoma Museum of Poetry. These poems are about turning 50, about being in love with the world, about the beauty and terror of age, nature, love, life, and accidentally peeing in one's panties.
