Soon after, Billy doesn't feel well and takes a trip to see the doctor. After some medicine, chicken soup and a lot of rest, Billy is feeling better. In the end, Billy learns to always wash his hands, and the germs are not very happy. Children get unique, playful and clear understanding of why it is important to keep your hands clean.
