Mrs. Bellows from the community center is found dead in a canal. CD investigates and finds there is a kiddie porn ring operating from the mobile home village.
Critic comment:
This is a very good book. It is also disturbing. Moulton has taken a news story and built a murder mystery around it that is chilling, not for the murder part, but because of the rest of it. Very well done.
