These factors include old age, poor socioeconomic status, etc. The need of the hour is to provide effective dental care to the deprived and rural population of India.The mobile dental clinics abolish the distance criteria by bringing the patient closer to the service. Mobile dental vans are used to cater to large number of people in different ways.
