This book deals with philosophical theory of artistic representation and interpretation in Nigeria. For it exposes theoretical misconception in theatre and cinema, "Communalysis" is therefore propounded as a realist theory of representing and analyzing commonality in Nigerian cultural productions. Thus, this book argues that a realist method of artistic representation and/or interpretation is essential to prevent theoretical still-born in contemporary Nigeria.
