I worked as a Community Mental Health Nurse who supported with Seniors. I studied a program that paired young chlidren with elderly people living in a facility.It was a total immersion for the children who went to school at the facility for four months of the year. Writing my Master's Thesis was a delightful experience, as I immersed myself in the world through the eyes of the children as well as from the Seniors perspective. The findings were positive and I believe the experience was far reaching for everyone involved.
