E.S. Louis is the pen name of a retired, highly decorated veteran cop of 33 years on a major city police department and a retired Sergeant with 17 years in grade. During those years, he acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Master of Education, Master of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Juris Doctor degree, and, he is a Marine Corps Veteran of two tours of duty in the Vietnam War.
