Flanders, 1625. Enlisted to assist Captain Alatriste in the siege of Breda, inigo Balboa is a witness to the citys surrender. Some ten years later, inigo will relate the details of the battle for the famous painting by his friend Diego Velazquez. On the landscape in the backdrop of the painting, we see inigo, who, following his master, brandishes his sword and harquebus, for the very first time, to protect his life and that of his friends.
