The volume edited by Sabine Schlacke and Mathias Schubert contains the written versions of the presentations given at the colloquium »Developments of energy and infrastructure law« which took place at the University of Rostock in September 2014 on the occasion of the retirement of Professor Wilfried Erbguth. The articles deal with subjects such as the influences on jurisprudence, new developments in EU energy law, spatial planning instruments, participation and democratic legitimation as well as judicial remedies.
