Argues that ethics is concerned with personal decisions - as is analysis itself. After considering the nature of ethics, this work turns to Immanuel Kant and Max Weber for a practical consideration of therapeutic relationships. It applies his ethical principles to the first psychoanalytical cases described by Freud and Jung.
