»Auditor's Liability on Capital Markets. Liability for Misinformation, Collective Redress and Recourse to Auditors on Secondary Markets«: In the light of the Wirecard accounting scandal, this monograph addresses the pressing question of auditors' liability on capital markets in Germany. The author examines whether and to what extent auditor's liability on capital markets can be developed within the current German law. To this end, an interdisciplinary look is taken at substantive liability law, procedural law, insolvency law, and the innovations brought about by the Financial Market Stabilization Act (FISG).
