Le projet ne vaut rien de plusieurs manières, et le point cardinal des difficultés subsiste toujours. Étant arrivés au moment quasi décisif, je vous prie, cher Comte, de savoir me dire par écrit aujourd'hui ou de main a quoi je peux m'en tenir, car je suis pour le non, et si on a du jugement. Quoique cela présente aussi ses inconvénients, la pluralité fera comme moi.
