Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words." Proverbs 18:21"My Walk & My Talk" is about how the above Bible verse literally changed my Christian life when I applied it to my then situation. After more than 10 years from this point, as I look back into my life I do realise that my walk as a Christian revolves around and is influenced by what comes out of my tongue. Even though Jesus called us just as we are, He loves us too much to allow us to remain just as we are. Words have power that can build or destroy, heal or kill. Above all, I learnt that I have the power and authority to lead my life just as God purposed it to be and not to allow outside influence to dictate who I am.My life is "a book" that is meant to be seen and read to encourage all to "... taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good, How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him." Psalm 34:8
