The reader is encouraged to question everything they think they know whilst not just accepting or rejecting any of the content but to look for themselves. The purpose of 'Rebel Insider' is for the reader to become aware of their conditioning and thought identification and to realise that there are no problems only situations. The idea is proposed that it is our reactions to these situations which create the problems in our life and that these reactions can be lessened with understanding and awareness. 'Rebel Insider' attempts to create awareness of the true self which is hiding beneath our conditioning so that everyone understands that the happiness they are searching for is inside them.
