This book captures not only my journey from Seattle to Brooklyn and back, but the emotions that, on a daily basis drove so much of my behavior. Laced with the adventures of my rich life as a teacher, real estate agent and mom, I seemed to be able to glean from the past as I navigated towards the future. Always finding the silver lining in each crossroad, the entries are short, raw and real and even manage to nd humor amidst the trials. My writing has been my best friend and continues to be as I take each day's ups and downs and write until I nd solace and acceptance of who I am and who I am is complete as-is. Perfectly imperfect!
