Jeff is determined to keep his fathers memory alive in building boats. So when the Fogo Island Punt Race comes up, Jeff enters. He builds a beautiful boat from his fathers design and come race day, he is confident he can win. But when he is racing, he gives up the title as champion to help an injured baby Humpback Whale, and he gets the whole town involved to save the whales life.
