S.E.P.T.A.C. is an acrostic for "steak, eggs, potatoes, toast, and coffee ", which was my dad's favorite breakfast. Dad was called "grandpops" by his grandchildren. In the early days of the internet my dad chose "SEPTAC" for his username.

This book is a written chronological synopsis of the life of my dad, "Grandpops", in hopes to keep his legacy alive, and to honor his life.
