A quiet and desperate small town is visited by strange being from an Anti-World where Good is Evil and Evil is Good. He replaces the local Minister to shanghai hoodlums and criminals to become "good citizens" in his own world. Strange characters abound--his wife Deth Nell, ex-superman Doc Samson, convicted shoplifter Beth Nelson and her kid Timmy, and a transvestite street gang called The Sissies.
