Analysis of the characters and their relation to Rome. The Roman tragedy 'Titus Andronicus' focuses on the fate of different characters inside and outside of Rome. The characters are influenced by the place and state of Rome, which seems to follow a clear order. However, this order is interrupted when people from outside Rome are able to gain power inside Rome. The following pages will focus on the presentation and relevance of Rome in Titus Andronicus and how the morals and ideas of the empire are struggling in the play.
