Christmas 1986

A string of assaults on Santa ringing bells for money hits both sides of the river in Kansas City. Joe Wolfe, a freshly minted detective, and Elle Harris, a rookie FBI agent, are thrust together to save Christmas as they unwrap the mystery.

Can they save the day? Will they follow the rules and remain on Santa's Nice List?

Or will they jingle each other's bells and land on the Naughty List?
