The monography "The parliamentarianism in Albania of the Period between the Two World Wars (1920-1939)" that could be one of the few editions relating to the historical perspective of Albanian parliamentary life, emerges as a modest contribution in this area. From a historical perspective, it is a very important period of Albania history, the period of takeover and positioning on the top of this power of Ahmet Zogu, King of Albanians, which period coincides with the period between two World Wars. However, the object of this monograph is the evolvement of parliamentary life in Albania from its beginning to the end of the reign of King Zog and the Italian occupation of Albania.
