The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts' unique annual creative place-making project that includes the publication of an annual anthology of original prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork images. Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts Press is a division of Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts, Inc. (CEArts), an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization. The organization, consisting of a few dedicated volunteers, is based in Noblesville, Indiana, with a global reach. CEArts is the home of a variety of arts-relate events and opportunities throughout the year. Our projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all over the world, from creative people working in any medium or genre with levels of experience from amateur to professional.
