Princess Ranaya is weary of her well-to-do but stifling life. It doesn't help matters that she loses her heart to an elf and that she is forced to marry a charming but deceptive King who seeks to destroy the Elven race. As tensions between her worlds tighten, her mind and heart compete. She wonders whether she should choose to marry the King or face certain death siding with the Elves.
