This book is based upon real live events of the author and the education it gave him on how Corporate America operates. While this may not be correct for all corporations, it is to be taken as an educational guide to understanding how corporate America works and especially in modern times when profit is more important than ethics and peoples lives and families.

The actual locations of the events have been given different names and the people involved other than the author have been given new names in the text in order to protect their identity as some still work for the companies involved.
