A life of spiritual experiences that would shake one to the core, abuse and trauma that would destroy most people--and yet she battled on. She spent a lifetime hiding her pain and the trauma inflicted upon her. She lied and omitted information to keep a marriage together, to retain a job, and to hold on to a shred of dignity, over and over again. The lies she told herself were the most damaging. Lies like "If they know what happened to me, they'll disown me", "They'll never love me", "I am unlovable", and so many more. These things she omitted were no little incidents. Many years later, her understanding and self-love grew. It is a feat, considering all that she had experienced in such a colorful life.
